What the form collects
The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, job type, timeline, and a description of the work. It also records which page you sent it from. Do not put a card number, a Social Security number, or a password in the description.
If you call the number published on the site, the person or service that answers receives your phone number the way any phone call does. Until a real number is in the site settings, the header shows a placeholder instead of a made-up number.
How the request is used
The request is used to contact you about an estimate and to share the same details with the independent contractor asked to look at the job. If the operator has configured a spreadsheet webhook, an email provider, or both, the same details are sent there. This site does not run its own database.
A hidden field on the form is a spam trap. Leave it blank. If a Cloudflare Turnstile spam check is enabled, Cloudflare processes that check under its own privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacy-policy/.
Cookies and ads
The pages themselves are static. This site does not run an advertising tracker and it does not set an analytics cookie. Turnstile, if it is turned on later, may use its own cookie as part of the spam check.
How long it is kept
The operator and the contractor keep the request for as long as they need it to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. To ask what was sent, use the privacy contact once it is published.
Children
The form is for adult homeowners and property managers. It is not aimed at children, and the site does not knowingly collect information from children.
